These hourly coaching calls are completely tailored to your stage, needs, and questions. You can book a single session for a deep dive into a specific challenge, or schedule a series to walk through your journey together at your pace. The best part is we can do these in the comfort of your own home, in your PJ's if you like because they are virtual.

For pregnant mums, I offer gentle, evidence-based guidance on birth planning, understanding and preparing for both vaginal and caesarean births (including VBAC/TOLAC), overcoming birth fears, learning coping techniques for labour and birth, and getting your birth partner ready too. We can also explore postpartum planning, breastfeeding preparation, newborn care basics, understanding newborn behaviour, and how to create safe sleep spaces for your newborn from the start along with a good understanding of newborn sleep.

Once your baby is here, you don’t have to do it alone. My postpartum coaching sessions cover everything from newborn behaviour and colic-like gripes, to breastfeeding support, new mama overwhelm, and gentle routines. I also offer sleep shaping for newborns and sleep coaching for babies 4 months and up, support for weaning, and navigating daily rhythms with confidence.
